  • The New Orleans Chamber has asked local businesses for feedback on the city’s permits and licensing process, after a report found the system to be slow, burdensome and costly. The chamber partnered with Market Dynamics Research Group to advocate for local business owners, after the firm released a report that revealed business owners were often being held up by city departments.
  • The Moore County Chamber unveiled a local effort to increase the total number of businesses and non-profits participating in the Family Forward NC Certification, a strategic initiative focused on creating a more family-friendly community through policy alignment, employer engagement, and workforce development.
  • The Kalispell Chamber is launched two surveys to gather insights into the ongoing challenges surrounding child care access in the Flathead Valley. The data collected will provide updated comparisons to the chamber’s 2021 survey, helping to shape practical strategies and partnerships moving forward.
  • The Peoria Area Chamber is ramping up its efforts to serve as a conduit between businesses, community organizations and city leaders as Peoria works to overcome its housing shortage.
