  Please take a moment to take a peek at this brief video to gain a better understanding of the who, what, when, and where of the Retire Secure meetings available to your employees upon your request.
• Onsite Retire Secure (Scheduled on-site consults)
  To be provided to all employees a few weeks prior to your scheduled on-site Retire Secure meetings. This video will ensure your employees are aware of this educational opportunity and understand all that it has to offer.
•  Phone Based Retire Secure
  To be provided to all employees prior as part of your Retire Secure rollout. This video will ensure your employees are aware of this educational opportunity and understand all that it has to offer.

• Sample Employee Education Policy - We recommend that every employer with a 401(k) Plan adopts an Employee Education Policy.
