    Movin' On: Ten Things You MUST Do To Turn It Around in 2011

    O.K. We get it. This is a tough time to be a chamber membership sales professional. That doesn't mean you can't be a successful membership sales professional.

    Set yourself up for success in 2011!

  • 2:00 Ė 5:30 p.m. Sales Process Power Block
    Speaker: Tim Giuliani, Director of Corporate Outreach and Development, Florida State Chamber of Commerce

    • Preparation            2:00 p.m.
      Time management is essential to sales success. This session will show you how to generate and quantify leads as well as improve your appointment-setting process, including how to set your agenda, schedule and confirm your meeting.
    • The Sales Call        3:15 p.m.
      Your first impression is often your only impression so make it count.  This session will focus on your introduction, needs analysis, communicating value and using return on investment (ROI) to justify your recommendation.
    • The Close              4:30 p.m.
      You got the meeting and have given a great presentation. Itís a one-time close. Learn how to overcome classic objections and discover useful negotiation skills
  • 5:30 pm Happy Hour hosted by the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce (cocktails and light h'ordeurves will be served)

  • 6:30 p.m.  Depart for Networking Dinners- Dutch Treat (Dinner reservations are for 7 p.m.)

    •  To attend a Networking Dinner please note that you will have to register for a dinner onsite at the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted on the Cancellation Form and faxed to the attention of Rachel Whidden at 703-212-9512 or emailed to  Please do not call or send an email with a refund request, it must be received through the Cancellation Form.  No verbal requests before or after the event will be processed. For accounting purposes, every transaction must be tracked with written proof and the Cancellation Form serves as that proof. Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed. 

The Cancellation Form must be received on or before February 25, 2011 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time, ACCE will refund the meeting registration amount minus a $50 processing fee.

After February 25, 2011, all submitted cancellation forms will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.

All cancellations must be made by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on March 4, 2011.  Due to meal guarantees NO refunds will be issued after this date.
