All cancellations must be submitted on the Cancellation Form and faxed to the attention of Rachel Whidden at 703-212-9512 or emailed to email@example.com. Please do not call or send an email with a refund request, it must be received through the Cancellation Form. No verbal requests before or after the event will be processed. For accounting purposes, every transaction must be tracked with written proof and the Cancellation Form serves as that proof. Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.
The Cancellation Form must be received on or before February 25, 2011 by 5:00 pm Eastern Time, ACCE will refund the meeting registration amount minus a $50 processing fee.
After February 25, 2011, all submitted cancellation forms will receive a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.
All cancellations must be made by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on March 4, 2011. Due to meal guarantees NO refunds will be issued after this date.
