The Greater Topeka Partnership (GTP) consists of several distinct legal entities, referred to as "Partners," each with its own mission, Bylaws, board of directors and committees. To harmonize the governance of the Partners, the following Uniform Provisions have been developed for incorporation into each Partner's Bylaws.
