Leadership MASTERS is a new signature Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce program that uniquely fills this need for our community. Unlike other Chamber leadership programs, Leadership Masters involves intensive character and results-based coaching, collaborative learning, and training to develop "bench strength" of future leaders within local businesses, non-profits, and government entities -- influencers at all career stages capable of leading others to produce desired organizational results. Facilitated by a highly experienced executive coach, the program agenda is the product of the individual participant, his/her organization and/or business unit -- your business strategy, your plan, your goals. Greater Louisville Inc – The Metro Chamber of Commerce is the business leadership organization for the Greater Louisville region. As President, this person is responsible for representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders and providing the leadership necessary to achieve GLI’s purpose. As CEO, is responsible for the day-to-day management of all GLI functions creating and carrying out policies established within the limits of the bylaws of GLI and policies established by the Board of Directors and for the long-range planning for GLI’s effective performance.
