The Knoxville Chamber would like their marketing efforts to lead to two significant outcomes: new member acquisitions and increased member engagement. This marketing plan includes goals, objectives, and strategies for 2015-16.
Retention of Shareholders and Investors is the responsibility of every team member, which is reflected in this annual retention plan. Every individual will be evaluated based on each measurable goal and expectation that is detailed in the plan. For its annual Member Celebration Reception, the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce created a video to showcase its activities throughout the year while recognizing the Chamber's members, community partners and volunteers for their ongoing support. This membership appreciation video was also designed for longevity, so that it could be used as a membership retention tool after the reception, which highlighted the community’s positive assets and each member's role in the community's continued success.
