The Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations of business leaders to serve on its board of directors. Candidates must be willing to serve a three-year term, beginning July 1. The board annually considers applications and nominations “in order to maintain a board characteristic of the local business community to represent the chamber membership," a statement said.
Chamber members are invited to nominate individuals for consideration for the 2017 Board of Directors. Once nominations close, this year's Directors Nominating Committee will prepare a slate of nominees, which will be submitted to the Chamber board for consideration at the regular September meeting. Each candidate must be an active Chamber member in good standing and must have agreed to accept the responsibilities of a directorship if elected.
The Lamar Chamber of Commerce is seeking business and community professionals, interested and willing to dedicate their time, energy, and expertise, to serve on the Lamar Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Candidates must be willing to serve a three year term, beginning January 1, 2017. The Chamber Board of Directors annually considers applications and nominations in order to maintain a board composition of thirteen Directors to represent the Chamber membership. Currently, they are looking for candidates to fill five (5) vacancies for the 2017-20 term. Applicants are considered based on individual accomplishments, contributions and dedication to the local community.
