R.E.A.C.H. is the Chamber's five-year strategic plan--to support existing businesses while creating an environment that promotes jobs and the high quality opportunities Longview has to offer. By leveraging our many strengths, we believe we can improve the local economy and further enhance quality of life. R.E.A.C.H. is the framework for achieving these vital goals. The Longview Chamber administered a Horizons Board of Directors Survey in the fall to create the new plan. The Longview Chamber used ACCE's Horizon Initiative: Chambers of the Future to help guide their new Strategic Plan.
