The Director of Membership is responsible for ensuring the continuous and steady growth of the Chamber’s membership by building and maintaining a comprehensive and aggressive membership recruitment, retention and service program. He/she is responsible for achieving membership recruitment and retention goals as mutually agreed with the President/CEO and established in the Strategic Plan by the Board of Directors. In addition, he/she is responsible for providing leadership and staff support in the Chamber’s membership recruitment and retention efforts and in the development and implementation of programs and services to assist members of the Chamber.
The President & CEO is the chief executive officer and administrative officer for the Chamber. He/she is expected to provide visionary leadership for the Chamber and the Moore County Chamber’s business community and is responsible to the Board of Directors for the full range of activities needed to ensure the Chamber’s success in meeting its objectives in business and community development, external relations, membership and member services, legislative advocacy and government affairs and special programs. He/she is responsible for strategic planning, interpretation of policy, the development of the Chamber’s annual Program of Action, organization structure, budget and finances, volunteer development and membership growth, the employment, development and supervision of staff and the maintenance of the Chamber’s headquarters.
This position is primarily responsible for leading the membership efforts of the organization, including retention/renewal of current members, recruitment of new members, and providing service & benefits fulfillment to member businesses. This position also oversees the Program Manager.
This position is primarily responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing the results of effective content marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical programs in support of strategic marketing plans of Vail Valley Partnership and the Vail Valley business community. This position is responsible for managing developing online content (video and text), original content creation, managing in-bound marketing efforts, graphic design and website management which reinforce a regional message, and realize the Vail Valley Partnership brand identity and brand expectations.

The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for promoting the Kalispell Chamber, its business services, programs, special events and brand by development and execution of an external communications plan and strategy that supports the goals and objectives of the organization. Developing and executing marketing campaigns, contribute editorial content and/or support the creation and production of printed materials for newsletters, press releases, ads and brochures, special events planning, projects and video production.

The Kalispell Convention & Visitor Bureau (KCVB) Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting Kalispell as a group, meeting & convention and team destination to targeted regional markets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, solicitation, qualification and the booking of groups, meetings, conventions and sports tournaments to the lodging properties within the City of Kalispell through sales calls, telemarketing, direct mail, familiarization tours, site visits, bid proposals and trade show involvement. Sales Manager will also assist with the community events sponsored by the KCVB.
The Membership Development Manager is responsible for developing the membership at the Kalispell Chamber through new member recruitment, membership retention, and overseeing the membership pipeline. Will work with other Chamber staff on program development and marketing strategies as it pertains to the membership.
