At a recent conference for associations, I heard good news. It seems that the social web isn’t going to replace our organizations and put us all on the street tweeting for our next meal! However, it’s also true that when experts out there like Jim Blasingame, “The Small Business Advocate,” say that there is no return to “business as usual” — they are right that more transparent, more personal and more connected relationships with our members and customers are here to stay.
