The Director of Finance and Administration oversees the day-to-day operations of the Chamber and provides supervision over the front office. This role manages the financial activities of the Chamber; is responsible for accounts receivable/payable, payroll data, processing employee benefits, supporting audit preparation and reports, annual budgets, managing cash, human resources, and Finance Committee reporting. This position manages the Customer Service Representative.
The Events Manager is responsible for all Chamber signature and community events, including logistics, registrations, and facilities relations.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the Chamber communications efforts including managing the Chamber's social media sites and postings, marketing the Chamber's activities, events and programs, promoting members through social media and the Chamber's websites (McKinneychamber.com and McKinneyOnline.com); and manage outsourced marketing activities (such as graphic design and publications). This position creates content, distributes and manages the Chamber's e-newsletters, e-blasts, and the website.
The Membership Coordinator will help to onboard new members, aid in collection efforts and serve other membership requests. They will also serve as a customer service representative at the front desk to help answer phones and greet visitors.
The purpose of the role is to expand the membership base of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce by attracting new members to the organization and increasing member engagement to increase member retention. This position will oversee the membership recruitment and retention efforts and will be responsible for managing the membership services team. This position is also responsible for marketing and selling chamber memberships with an emphasis on top tier Chamber members. The Membership Director is also responsible for the New Member Showcase, ribbon cuttings and the weekly LINKS networking program.
The Membership Engagement Manager is responsible for engaging members through the Chamber and oversees Membership programming. This proactive role focused on engaging members will help to increase the retention rate.
The President focuses on strategic initiatives, works with the Chamber's Board of Director and strategic committees, and develops relationships with the City, County and other key partners. The President is the "face of the Chamber" and has overall accountability for its performance. The President is responsible for the execution of the annual program of work and fosters cross-departmental collaboration. This role is also responsible for hiring and firing staff, and managing staff performance and disciplinary actions.
The Programs Manager serves as a staff liaison to key Chamber programs and provides support for Chamber events and day-to-day Chamber operations. This includes administrative support with posting of payments and deposits, as well as preparing invoices for President's approval. The positions assists with front desk responsibilities including answering the phone, greeting guests, and being the liaison for the office building maintenance. This position also handles all IT issues. The Programs Manager serves of the staff liaison to the Women's Alliance of McKinney and the Senior Services Alliance.

The Account Executive's primary responsibility is to sell new membership investments and Board of Advisors upgrades in the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. The Account Executive will work assigned, pre-bill and delinquent accounts to maximize membership investment and minimize member deletion.
