The Director of Member Relations directs the efforts and programs relative to member relations and involvement, including direct contact with members; assists the Vice President of Membership in the planning, marketing and implementation of member programs as directed. The Director is to keep the Vice President fully aware of all activities and the progress of each project.
The receptionist is responsible to the Director of Member Relations and is responsible for the operation of the master telephone console for the general offices and for providing assistance and general information to Chamber visitors.
The primary responsibilities are those of organizing and staffing Department activities and working with various committees and task forces of the Membership Department. This key role will be responsible for the implementation of our retention plan, as well as, managing our chamber ambassadors. The Director of Member Relations and Special Events will coordinate and/or assist with event planning and coordination.
The Director of Membership Sales and Development reports directly to the Vice President of Resource Development and Member Engagement and is responsible for recruiting and retaining chamber members and selling chamber programs and services to assist in the growth of the organization.

Responsible for overseeing staff, establishing benchmarks and performance goals, planning and executing chamber programs and special events, nurturing investor relationships, among members, sponsors, and top investors, to include BNMB 2.0, and the NMB Chamber Foundation.
