Leadership Longview is designed to help current and emerging leaders understand the dynamics of the community and the role leaders have in building communities. This program brings together men and women of diverse backgrounds who share a common commitment to the future of the Leadership Longview community. The Leadership Longview Alumni Network is a continuation of the Leadership Longview program and provides opportunities for graduates to continue their leadership development through continuing education, networking, and community involvement. This document contains the strategic plans for both groups and details their goals, objectives, and action steps.
The Charleston Metro Chamber’s 2013 business plan focuses on five core member deliverables: knowledge, advocacy, spotlight, connections, and advancement. The plan contains implementation priorities and outcome targets for each area.
This document contains the 2012-16 Strategic Plan for the Putnam County Economic Development Council and the 2009-13 Strategic Tourist Marketing Plan for the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Development Council. The plans each include a strategic framework and action plan.

The Lake Havasu Area Chamber’s 2013-2014 Business Plan was developed at the Board of Director’s annual planning meeting on May 17, 2013. The primary issue discussed was membership growth. This plan includes priorities, strategies, and goals for reaching success.

The McLean County Chamber’s Strategic Plan focuses on promoting local commerce, advocating for business perspectives, creating and maintaining relevant programs, establishing relationships, and maintaining distinction. This plan includes goals and objectives for each key issue.
Commerce Lexington’s key goals are (1) To help businesses and organizations create new dollars to grow the economy and (2) Work in partnership with other entities, organizations, and individuals to improve the region’s quality of life. The Business Plan for 2014 outlines how the organization will meet these goals in the areas of economic development, community and minority business development, workforce development, membership development, public policy, and leadership development.
