This strategic plan provides a three-year framework and outlines a direction with which the Fox Cities Chamber will align all of its activities. The plan highlights four goals: (1) Serve as the catalyst for business development; (2) Attract, develop, and retain high quality talent; (3) Influence and impact members’ success; and (4) Strive for continual improvement and organizational excellence.
