ONWARD 2013-2017 is the Calgary Chamber’s five year strategic plan built upon three goals: Create exceptional member value and experience; Deliver influence and impact in our community; Re-invigorate the business of the Calgary Chamber. Each of these goals has a series of key initiatives, but most importantly, each has a variety of model transformations that are necessary to enable the fulsome transformation to occur.

Our membership satisfaction rating has never been higher. In our prime, we refused to become stagnant and instead reach for opportunities for growth. Chambers of Commerce are old organizations, 416 years old to be exact. The general public may perceive our organizations as even older. Constant change is needed to combat this unfortunate perception. Defining our reality with an environmental scan was the first step. Next came substantive changes.”

Each year, the St. Joseph County Chamber compiles a "report card" of its accomplishments for that year. The Annual Summary serves as a snapshot of our organization. Unlike an annual report, our 2014 Annual Summary provides quick highlights that showcase the efforts and results of the SJC Chamber and our affiliated partners and programs. Unlike a long drawn-out annual report, which typically includes company financials, our Annual Summary's approach gives our members brief, digestible information in a capsulized, colorful format, making it more likely to be read.

The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce’s Strategic Plan and Membership Benefits brochure marks a strong shift in our organization from a business events and networking organization to one that holistically engages our community. The Strategic Plan is the culmination of volunteers and staff who devoted hundreds of hours, through surveys and focus groups, creating a 100% original strategic plan based on the needs and desires of the membership and our community. The Membership Benefits brochure is the embodiment of that plan lived out through our chamber.
