The Chamber's new CEO will serve as the "face" of the Chamber and build partnerships and alliances with a broad range of constituencies, including the Chamber's Board of Directors, government officials and business leaders from around North Carolina and, when appropriate, beyond. This seasoned, well-respected executive will provide visionary leadership for the Chamber and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reinforce North Carolina's position as one of the best places to do business and live in the world.
On Tuesday, May 16, 25 high school students were awarded Accelerate Greater Charleston Scholarships. The Scholarship, funded through the AGC Campaign, provides funding for up to two years at Trident Technical College to study in one of the region's highest demand career sectors.
