This letter to members announces the chamber's transition to tiered dues in 2015 and describes what members can expect from the change. They state the reason for change as, "It guarantees equity and choice when choosing a membership package that better fits your business and is aligned with the chamber's mission."
The chamber clearly describes member-investor options and dues levels. While not a "transition letter," the member communication piece describes the engagement options.

This document contains the nomination rules, nomination by petition form, and role and requirements of the Board of Directors. Candidates for the Board of Directors can be nominated by petition bearing the signatures of at least three qualified members of the Chamber.
This form allows current members to nominate candidates for the Board of Directors by petitioning the Nominating Committee. The petitioner must obtain signatures of at least twenty percent of current Chamber membership.
Chamber members may nominate candidates for the Board of Directors by petition bearing the signatures of at least three members in good standing of the Greater Federal Way Chamber of Commerce. To be considered eligible, candidates for must be owners or employees of member organizations and current in their membership dues.
This nomination petition form allows Chamber members to submit names of qualified members, including themselves, to actively participate in the Valrico/Fishhawk Board of Directors. Each candidate requires five signatures from active members.
