With a total of 234 responses – 138 board members and 96 chamber execs – coming from 17 states, the survey represents a broad, wide, and diverse audience. The bylaws for the Illinois Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives include articles on name; fiscal year; purposes; membership; dues; officers and directors; elections; meetings; committees; disbursements; amendments; dissolution; and indemnification.
