Through our partnerships we’ve developed a tech talent pipeline strategy, outlined a plan to become a top-five global leader in agribusiness, and created new programming and educational sessions to help businesses thrive. The Greater Omaha Chamber is guided by five organizational goals focused on accelerating regional growth. They are: Creating, growing and recruiting businesses, jobs and investment in the region; Fostering a more competitive business environment; Growing, recruiting and retaining the talent and workforce needed for the future; Delivering relevant and high quality member programs, events, services and information; and Operating the Chamber with excellence. Included within each goal are both community impact or macro measurements, as well as more micro measures of specific Chamber outcomes. THRIVE is a short term, high impact program for existing businesses with growth potential. Participants will have the opportunity to surround themselves with a team of experts that will work one-on-one with the company in order to make recommendations on initiatives, improvements or changes that can be implemented in order to help poise the company for future growth.
