Leadership Chattanooga prepares promising local professionals for prominent business, cultural and political roles through a 10-month leadership development program. Sponsored by the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, Leadership Chattanooga provides comprehensive leadership training through: monthly meetings exploring various aspects of leadership and challenges facing our community; experiential learning opportunities including a police ride along; interaction with the community's top leadership, including meeting with state leaders in Nashville; and community service projects.
Launched in June 2010, the Principal Leadership Academy is a 12-month program of preparation in business and education leadership skills for aspiring Hamilton County school principals. The curriculum utilizes a combination of learning sessions, hands-on training, research projects, and mentoring by both experienced business people and veteran principals.
The mission of the Leadership Chattanooga Alumni Association is to engage its diverse members in networking, continued leadership training and opportunities for developing Chattanooga's future.
