Annual Meeting Evites - Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce

The Quad Cities Chamber 2014-15 annual meeting featured Gallup CEO Jim Clifton talking about his book, The Coming Jobs War. To get the message across and to generate excitement and attendance, the Chamber deployed a multi-media campaign over the course of three months. Knowing that 40% of reservations historically come in during the final 10 days before the event, the Chamber staggered blast and target emails in the three weeks leading up to the event date.

Annual Meeting Advertisements - Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce

The Quad Cities Chamber ran a series of print ads in local newspapers plus digital newspaper ads in order to generate excitement and attendance for their 2014-15 annual meeting, which featured Gallup CEO Jim Clifton talking about his book, The Coming Jobs War. The goals of the event were to feature a high-profile speaker, to elevate the Chamber brand, and have 1,000 people in attendance -- a 25% increase from previous years -- and the Chamber met all of these goals.

These billboards ran in prime downtown Calgary locations.

Chamber News November 2014 - Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce

The Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce’s monthly newsletter was converted from a 20-page tabloid newsprint piece to a monthly 56-page glossy magazine in September 2014. The Chamber’s Executive Committee strongly supported this move to elevate the organization, better promote the community and to positively affect the Chamber budget. The new Chamber News magazine offers more space for the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce to include news from and about Chamber members -- through small news items to columns to feature stories. We added more statistical information as regular monthly features. Each month’s cover story is a lengthy, in-depth piece about an issue important to our organization and community. Perhaps most importantly, the magazine is a great sales tool for Sioux Falls -- presenting our community as a progressive, professional place to start a business or raise a family.
