The Exhibit Hall at Music City Center

ACCE offers blocks of time in which the convention exhibit hall is the only scheduled activity for attendees.
Lunch will be served in the exhibit hall on both days of the show, providing an additional attraction for attendees.

Sunday, July 16

11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Booth setup

Monday, July 17

7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Booth setup
9:15 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Break in exhibit hall (No opposing events)
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Exhibit hall and sessions concurrently running
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Lunch in exhibit hall (No opposing events)
2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Exhibit hall and sessions concurrently running

Tuesday, July 18

10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Break in exhibit hall (No opposing events)
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Exhibit hall and sessions concurrently running
12:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Lunch in exhibit hall (No opposing events)
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Booth breakdown

The exhibit hall is only part of the opportunity for exhibitors and sponsors. You’ll receive a list of attendees (not including email addresses, but the list does include street address, name, title, chamber, etc.), be shown on the ACCE website and in the convention app, be able to attend all open convention sessions, and be given a chance to make a one-minute video from your booth describing your product or service. That video is yours to use and ACCE will also post it on the ACCE site for a full year and send it with other exhibitor/sponsor videos to all ACCE members.
