Mike Artim has taken the reins of the Greater Johnstown/Cambria County Chamber of Commerce (Pa.) as its new president and CEO. He replaced long-time chamber leader Robert Layo, who retired last year after 33 years of service. Artim was previously the CEO of Cambria-Rowe Business College, a position he held for 12 years.

Jason Ball, former president and CEO of the chamber of commerce in Hutchinson, Kan., recently became the new president and CEO of the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce (S.D.). He assumes the role following the retirement of Evan Nolte who led the chamber for 38 years.

The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce (N.C.) named Adrienne Cole as its new president and CEO. Cole, the first female president of chamber, recently served as the organization’s senior vice president of economic development and executive director of Wake County Economic Development.

Ethan Fogg is the new executive director of the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce in New York. Fogg most recently oversaw circulation and consumer marketing for the Finger Lakes Times and 11 of its allied publications in Pennsylvania.

 

The Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce in Maine has named Stephanie Gallagher as its new executive director. According to the Lincoln County News, “Gallagher comes to the Damariscotta Region Chamber of Commerce with a background in customer relations, human resources, leadership, information systems, and communications. She has been active in several local organizations as a volunteer.”

The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce has named Tallia Hart as its new president and CEO. According to an announcement from the chamber, Hart is the first woman, minority and youngest to lead the 167-year-old organization. Most recently, she was the president and CEO of the Greater Irvine Chamber, and before that was the president and CEO of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce.

Lindsay Keisler, IOM, is the new president and CEO of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce (N.C.). She assumes the position after serving as the chamber’s interim leader, following former CEO Danny Hearn’s retirement last year. Keisler, who has served the Catawba County Chamber for seven years, was most recently its senior vice president.

The Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce (La.) has selected Dr. Timothy J. Magner to serve as its next president. He succeeds Richard Bremer, who retired after leading the chamber for the last 16 years. Before accepting the position, Magner was the chief information officer for the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.

Bob Mundt, CEcD, CCE, IOM, has been named the new president and CEO of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce (Wis.). He comes to the Fox Cities after leading the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce in Iowa for 25 years.

The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association (Colo.) has promoted Kara Stoller to the position of CEO. Stoller has been with the organization for more than nine years, starting as the special events director in 2007 and serving as the marketing director for the past five years.

The Hillsborough/Orange County Chamber of Commerce (N.C.) recently named Kimberly Tesoro as its new CEO. Tesoro, who served as the chamber’s program development director since 2015, succeeds former CEO Sara Stephens.
