Jay Byers, CCE, CEO of the Greater Des Moines Partnership and a member of the ACCE Board of the Directors, has been elected to serve a three-year term on the World Chambers Federation (WCF) General Council. The Council, comprised of 50 members from transnational, national, regional, local, public and private law chambers, is responsible for determining the policies and programs of WCF.
