  • How long is the membership year?
    • Your membership term is for one calendar year, beginning on the date you join. For example, if you join on January 1, your membership term would be January 1 to December 31 each year.
  • Can I change the membership year to match my budget year?
    • Yes, but this must be done by ACCE Member Services. Please contact [email protected] to request a change in term. Note: term changes may incur an additional dues.
  • I didn’t get a copy of my invoice. What do I do?
  • I didn’t get a password reset email. What do I do?
