How long is an ACCE membership term? 

Membership is valid for one year from the date you join. For example, if you join on April 15, your membership runs through March 31st of the following year.   

I didn’t receive my invoice. What should I do?

Please complete this short form and we will get you a copy of your invoice within one (1) business day.

I didn’t receive my password reset email. What should I do?

Email [email protected] or call/text (703) 998-3550 to request a password reset. Be sure that [email protected] is added to your email provider’s Safe Sender list.

 

Can I access benchmarking tools and sample documents as a member? 

Yes! ACCE’s Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking and Ask ACCE services are exclusive member benefits, offering data insights and curated resources to support your chamber’s success. Please note: Benchmarking is only available to organizational members.

 

How do I renew my membership? 

You’ll receive a renewal notice before your membership expires. You can also contact Member Services or log into your ACCE account to renew at any time.

 

Are there opportunities to get involved beyond membership? 

Absolutely. Members can join peer networks, serve on committees, contribute to research, and participate in ACCE’s events and leadership programs. Please note: This is only available to organizational members.
