- How long is the membership year?
- Your membership term is for one calendar year, beginning on the date you join. For example, if you join on January 1, your membership term would be January 1 to December 31 each year.
- Can I change the membership year to match my budget year?
- Yes, but this must be done by ACCE Member Services. Please contact [email protected] to request a change in term. Note: term changes may incur an additional dues.
- I didn’t get a copy of my invoice. What do I do?
- Please complete this short form and we will get you a copy of your invoice within one (1) business day.
- I didn’t get a password reset email. What do I do?
- Email [email protected] or call/text (703) 998-3550 to request a password reset. Be sure that [email protected] is added to your email provider’s Safe Sender list.
