The Vice President, Opportunity and Inclusion will work in consultation with the leadership of Elevate Akron on the development, implementation and oversight of the inclusion strategy for Greater Akron. Based on the findings of the inclusion narrative, this person will work closely with the corporate community and community partners to increase awareness of the business case for inclusion and will create a system that fosters and supports inclusive growth in the region. This person will be responsible for the day to day driving of the inclusion strategy for Elevate Akron. In addition, this person will work with leadership at the Greater Akron Chamber and the City of Akron to develop and implement inclusion strategies and best practices for those entities.

The Inclusion Program Manager is a key position that helps drive the Grand Rapids Chamber's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This individual will coordinate support for DEI programs and DEI events for the Grand Rapids Chamber (GRC). Putting the customer first, this position will be responsible for program support and facilitation. The role also provides communication between councils, the GRC events team and GRC program managers while interfacing with the Grand Rapids business community. This position will report directly to the Director of Inclusion.
The purpose of this position is to develop, implement and manage the Chamber’s diversity and inclusion strategy that ensures the advancement of diversity, equity and inclusion in the Greater Omaha region. This position will lead external programming and relationship building focused on advancing workplace diversity, equity and inclusion strategies across member organizations. This position will provide leadership and guidance for the Chamber’s internal inclusion efforts by collaborating with senior leadership to advance internal goals and ensure that DEI is prioritized and celebrated in the workplace by all GOC staff.
The Director of Equitable Economic Development will lead community development, equitable economic development, and economic mobility efforts for WCED. This position will also support and lead Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity efforts for the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. This position has a dual-title with the Raleigh Chamber: Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
