Membership Investment Invoice and Thank You Letter - Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County
This membership invoice includes a voluntary contribution to the Chamber Foundation. For all membership amounts $500 and less, the Chamber adds $25 to the invoice; for those over $500, 5% of the amount due is added. Members who do not wish to participate can strike-through the voluntary amount and pay only the membership investment amount. The Chamber sends a thank you letter, which serves as documentation for the IRS/taxes. See also the Invoice Cover Letter.
