Membership Renewal

In the 2018 Global Benchmark Report: Membership Performance (registration required) from Advanced Solutions International, 52% of all respondents reported at least half of all member renewals and new member joins were processed online — this is a huge jump from 40% in 2017. Many chambers are also implementing automatic membership renewals and semi-annual billing.
