  • The Greater Boston Chamber’s new report, Supercharging Housing Production: Policies & Practices that Promote Housing Development, Attract Businesses, & Retain Talent, examines how housing supply influences the Commonwealth’s ability to grow its economy, retain talent and remain competitive in a changing national landscape.
  • The Chillicothe Ross Chamber launched Chillicothe Resilient — Bridge the Gap, a coordinated, community-wide initiative to sustain foot traffic, stabilize revenues and strengthen the long-term identity of Chillicothe's business districts in the face of ongoing citywide infrastructure construction. 
  • The Boone Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation announced a fundraising campaign to provide a direct, one-time retention bonus to every childcare worker employed at a licensed childcare facility in Watauga County. 
  • The Grand Junction Chamber received a $20,000 grant to research local childcare challenges. The chamber will use surveys and interviews to establish baseline information about childcare challenges before drafting solutions. The goal is to gather input from both employers and childcare providers to inform the solutions.
  • The Tallahassee Chamber is developing a new online portal to help local businesses find resources and attract new businesses to the area. The portal would function as a one-stop hub, directing businesses to funding opportunities, office space, mentors and other resources based on their needs.
  • The Black Chamber of Commerce – Summit County and the University of Akron are surveying Black business owners to create an economic impact report to demonstrate how much Black businesses contribute to the region.
  • The Austin Chamber is hosted an event to demonstrate how live music helps drive the local economy. The chamber said music drives tourism, talent attraction, corporate location and downtown vitality.
  • The Vicksburg-Warren Chamber launched its 2026 Vicksburg Entrepreneur Bootcamp, a hands-on business development program designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. The classes will provide the participants with the tools, resources and expert guidance needed to develop, test and strengthen the success potential of their business ideas.
  • The Greater Summerville / Dorchester County Chamber launched a 20-year community vision plan, which was shaped by input from more than 3,200 residents. The plan, ENVISION 2047, establishes a clear, strategic framework to guide growth, investment, and community development. It is designed to provide both direction and flexibility, ensuring that our community can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a cohesive vision for the future.
