Chambers Promote Landmark Results of Chamber Poll

Marketing and Communications / December 9, 2024

ACCE, in partnership with The Harris Poll, conducted a poll to explore U.S. adults’ perceptions of their local chamber of commerce, the role chambers play in their communities and the value of chamber membership to businesses.

Key findings* include:

  • 81% of U.S. adults agree that local chambers of commerce are a trusted resource/partner for business.
  • 91% believe that their local chamber has an impact on growing businesses locally.

Since its release in November, chambers from coast to coast have been sharing the poll’s results in their local media outlets. In doing so, they are increasing awareness of their work and their chamber’s impact on the communities they serve.
