ACCE members that completed the FY2024 Operations Survey can now access our latest dynamic reports and metric comparisons. Chambers that have not yet participated can log into DCB and complete the survey to get free access to the results.
ACCE’s Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking (DCB) helps chamber leaders evaluate, benchmark and improve their organizations. Members use our free benchmarking tools to monitor trends, benchmark performance and make better decisions.
DCB collects data from hundreds of chambers and provides access to customizable reports that can help your chamber:

FAQs
ACCE members access Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking directly through their Member Portal. Once logged into the portal, select "Benchmarking" from the top navigation bar to be directed to the benchmarking platform.
When do the surveys open?
The annual surveys in Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking open at the beginning of each calendar year. The FY2024 Operations and Salary Surveys opened in January 2025 and will continue to capture data on a rolling basis.
The Salary Survey is only visible to chamber CEOs and their designees. To assign a new designee, CEOs can email our team at [email protected].
How do I access the survey results?
Results are available to organizations that have completed all required data points in the annual benchmarking surveys. Results can be found in the "Metric Comparisons" and "Reports" tabs of the platform. Detailed instructions are available in our library of DCB support resources.
FY2024 Operations Survey results are now open. FY2024 Salary Survey results will be available later this summer.

2023 Chamber Operations Survey Report: ACCE’s annual publication highlighting trends and analysis gathered from Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking FY2023 Operations Survey participants. This report explores organizational structure, function, governance, staffing, finance and membership data. Members who completed the FY2023 Operations Survey can log back into the benchmarking platform for access to dynamic reports, metric comparisons and a complimentary copy of this report. 2023 Salary and Benefits Survey Report: ACCE’s annual publication on current CEO compensation packages, salaries for non-CEO staff in various disciplines, organizational personnel expenses and employee benefits.
