Dana Ketterling Lifetime Sales Achievement Awards

ACCE’s career recognition program for sales professionals is presented in memory of Dana Ketterling, ACCE’s resource development officer, a gifted membership professional and champion of chambers of commerce and the communities they serve. The following criteria are used to determine the recognition levels:

  • Diamond: $1.5 million in new sales
  • Million Dollar Circle:  $1 million in new sales
  • Platinum: 1250 sales or $750,000 in new sales
  • Gold: 1000 sales or $500,000 in new sales
  • Silver: 750 sales or $300,000 in new sales
  • Bronze: 500 sales or $175,000 in new sales

How to qualify:

You must be a current ACCE member organization in good standing. Contact JoAnna Dehler for details.

  1. Submit the Award Recognition Form (signatures required) by June 6, 2025. Please note that award level recognitions are awarded only once for each level.
  2. ACCE does not track your lifetime sales. You must notify ACCE that you have reached the next recognition level by submitting the Award Recognition Form.
  3. Only one level will be awarded per year. For example, if you surpass both the Silver and Gold levels by June 6, 2025, you can either choose to accept your Silver or Gold award in 2025. If you choose to accept your Silver award first, you must submit a new application to receive Gold in 2026.
  4. Please include ALL of your lifetime sales on the Recognition Form where noted. (Alternatively, if you have already received an award for a Lifetime level, you may re-submit a copy of the recognition form you submitted for that previous level, and then a new form encompassing subsequent sales.)

Eligible sales:

  1. ACCE’s Lifetime Sales Award is open to all current ACCE member chambers of commerce in good standing. Non-member organizations are ineligible.
  2. Only new member personal sales through May 31, 2025 are eligible for consideration. Sales obtained through volunteer or outsourced campaigns or secured by staff as a group are not applicable. Sales must be executed and closed by the awardee, even if initiated by a referral from staff or volunteers.
  3. Only figures related to new member sales are applicable. Membership sales executed under a tiered dues structure must be adjusted so only the new membership portion of the sale are reported for purposes of the award. Upgrades, sponsorships, and advertising dollars are not eligible.
  4. To comply with the requirement that sales be to new members only, the new member should not have been on the chamber's books as a member of the chamber during the previous 12 months before the sale.
