Benchmark your sales success against like-sized organizations by submitting your quarterly sales figures. The top sales professionals in each of three dues income categories will be recognized based on number of new member sales, dollar amount of new member sales or dollar amount of sponsorship sales.

2025 Participant Deadlines
Registration for the 2025 Sales Contest closed on April 4, 2025. Registration requests beyond April 4 will not be accepted.
Quarterly submissions are due no later than 11:59pm ET on the dates below. Late submissions will not be accepted. Failure to complete a quarterly submission will result in disqualification from the competition.
- Quarterly deadlines for 2025 membership submissions:
- 1st Quarter (January 1 - March 31) - Deadline: April 11, 2025
- 2nd Quarter (April 1 - June 30) - Deadline: July 11, 2025
- 3rd Quarter (July 1 - September 30) - Deadline: October 10, 2025
- 4th Quarter (October 1 - December 31) - Deadline: January 9, 2026
- Annual deadline for the 2025 sponsorship submission:
- January 9, 2026
Eligibility
- ACCE’s Annual Sales Contest is open to all current ACCE member chambers of commerce in good standing. Non-member organizations are ineligible.
- Participants and award recipients must be current employees of an ACCE member chamber who are directly responsible for revenue generation.
- No refunds are provided for participants who leave the chamber during the contest year.
- Sales Contest registrations cannot be transferred to other chamber staff, including new hires, if a registered participant leaves during the contest year.
Award Categories
Three winners will be awarded in each category for the three chamber dues levels.
- New Member Sales (Total number of new member sales)
- New Member Sales (Total dollar amount of new member sales)
- Sponsorship Sales (Total dollar amount of sponsorship sales)
Award Category Information
All participants who choose to compete in the membership category will be evaluated on both the number of new member sales and the dollar amount of new member sales.

- Number of New Member Sales
- Submitted quarterly.
- Eligible membership sales must have been made between January 1 and December 31 of the award year.
- Do not include sponsorship sales in new member sales submissions.
- Sales obtained through volunteers or outsourced campaigns or secured by staff as a group are not applicable.
- Membership upgrades do not count toward the total number of new units sold for a quarter.
- Do not include application fees when calculating quarterly figures.
- All quarterly entries must be signed off on by the participant's immediate supervisor and must be accompanied by official documentation from the chamber’s CRM software as verification.
- Dollar Amount of New Member Sales
- Submitted quarterly.
- Eligible membership sales must have been made between January 1 and December 31 of the award year.
- Do not include sponsorship sales in new member sales submissions.
- Sales obtained through volunteers or outsourced campaigns or secured by staff as a group are not applicable.
- Membership upgrades may be factored into total dollar amount for the contest.
- Do not include application fees when calculating quarterly figures.
- All quarterly entries must be signed off on by the participant's immediate supervisor and must be accompanied by official documentation from the chamber’s CRM software as verification.
- Dollar Amount of Sponsorship Sales
- Submitted once annually during 4th Quarter entries. The link to collect 2025 sponsorship sales will be sent on January 5, 2026 (deadline to complete the submission is January 9, 2026).
- Eligible sponsorship sales must have been made between January 1 and December 31 of the award year.
- The date of the program/event does not factor into the date of the sale. For example, if a sponsorship package for an event slated to take place in April 2025 was sold in October 2024, you may not count those sponsorship sales for 2025.
- Stand-alone advertisement sales are not permitted to be counted as sponsorship sales. However, if a total sponsorship package includes advertisements, the total sponsorship value is eligible and should be included in your submission.
- All entries must be signed off on by the participant's immediate supervisor and must be accompanied by official documentation from the chamber’s CRM software as verification.

Dues Income Levels:
Participants in each award category will be divided into three dues categories, based on organizational dues income.
- Category 1: Dues income under $500,000
- Category 2: Dues income from $500,000 to $2 million
- Category 3: Dues income over $2 million
Rules for Participation
- Registration for the 2025 Annual Sales Contest is open from March 3 through April 4. Registration requests beyond April 4 will not be accepted.
- Each participant must pay an annual $50 entry fee to participate in the contest.
- Participants must complete the registration form and pay their $50 entry fee by April 4, 2025 to be eligible to participate in the 2025 contest. Please note that you must be logged in to your ACCE account to register. Each entrant must upload this form, signed by a C-suite or VP-level executive at their chamber, as part of the registration process.
- All category entries must be submitted electronically through the online submission form sent from [email protected]. This submission form is unique to each participant. Entries will not be accepted by email.
- Participants may enter multiple award categories (competing in only membership, only sponsorship, or both sponsorship and membership).
- Dues income will be confirmed against the information submitted with your chamber through the Dynamic Chamber Benchmarking platform. We will contact you if there are any inconsistencies in the information submitted.
- Timely submissions are mandatory. Missing any quarterly submission will disqualify participants from the present year's contest.
- Submission deadlines are absolute and non-negotiable, with NO exceptions permitted. Late or incomplete submissions (submissions without a supervisor verification form or without CRM verification) will be rejected.
- Do not submit more than one set of quarterly numbers through the submission form from [email protected]. Multiple submissions for the same quarter will not be accepted.

ACCE values the security and privacy of your data. All information submitted by participants for the Annual Revenue Contest will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of evaluating contest entries and determining winners. Your data will be stored securely and will not be shared with any third parties outside the context of the contest evaluation process. ACCE follows industry best practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
Recognition
- Quarterly standings will be posted on the ACCE website.
- Overall winners in each category of the ACCE Sales Contest will be recognized at ACCE’s annual Membership & Revenue Development Conference each spring (2026 date and location to be announced).
